Today is Mikael's Name Day. I totally knew but forgot to send it. Dang. Most people call him Michael but his name is Russian & pronounce much different. I an determined to change how I say it,
Had an ok day. Got some rest done.
Got a text from MH about when I can I work in October at the SVAFC. Busy month!!! Any day but not during Hyllningsfest. Two years ago I worked & needed to park near the back door. There are several businesses there but *I* got yelled at and told to move. I refused. No one can blame me for having RA & not being able to walk far. This year I refuse. And she was ok for that. Already got it covered. Great.
I warned MH about how the schedule might go. Of course he is ok with it. He is the best! I am so lucky we are friends.
I managed a short nap. Needed one. *Then* I tackled the trash from the last two trash pickups that I missed due to pain & no backup.. I forced myself today. My BS had been sort of high but dropped quickly. I went inside for a cookie. I was scared I would passout & be found laying in the yard. But, no one ever comes here so I would not be found until sometime tomorrow. Scary. I have no backup until MM can drive out of town again. He is my backup. Thank god I have someone. 💓
Supper was late tonight. Took forever to do trash. Supper was roast beef with mashed potatoes & gravy. Pretty good
Cinder must be sleeping somewhere but Kisse is keeping me company. Ooops. I found Cinder.
She is sitting near where feed them. She has begged for food but I was busy. Fed her now. She is happy.
Kisse thinks she must race around & things skatter!!! What a mess!!
Glad I always watch Colbert but tape the others. I noticed one show has Mariah Carey on tonight. I do not like her at all so I can ignore that tape. *shudder*. Sorry. I am sure she is a lovely woman but not my fave performer.

Turkey vultures in Lindsborg, City fathers hate them but I love to see them. They have a job to do so leave them alone!!!
Next art show at SVAFC. We have a huge collection of Swedish costumes. Too many to display at once. Should be a different show then this year, Anxious to see them.
Fast food place in Salina at South Santa Fe.. We would park there then drive to the far north end of North Santa Fe. Everyone loved to drag Fe!!

Kitchen window in my cousin Bengt's home. Looks out over an clearing in a forest & facing a lake.. I stayed with him. He died recently.
