From the 4th on....

We had a good 4th. Was at our nephew's home. They had a big crowd. Some I had no clue who they were, some I kind of knew, and other I was friends with. Far too much good food! And we ended with  homemade ice cream made by our niece, B. She is the best!!!

One of our friends does the best fireworks. He goes to Missouri to buy them. Wow!! He let our young great nephew set them off. What smiles he had!!

But. The next day I had a scratchy sore throat. I sort had a scratchy throat on the morning of the 4th. I just got worse. And after no sleep for 3 nights I really felt crappy. I have just  done nothing but rest. And finally sleep.

I might TRY to go out tomorrow. I HAVE to go get some insulin tomorrow. Too hot to mail it. Dang.
