5/2026 - Tuesday 5th - MY JOURNEY

Today's Name Day:  Erhard , Gotthard

Think I had an ancestor with a middle name of Erhard.  No Gotthard.  Had a cousin in Sweden who was Gotfrid.  Different name.

    Today was ok.  Same ole stuff.  Home alone, no texts or calls & lots of pain & tiredness.  Never seems to get any better or more fun.

    Had some rain overnight.  Got around a third of an inch here.  Way too little.

    I had trouble getting to sleep but slept good when my mediction finally kicked in.

    Miss Kitty & all 7 kittens were here last night before I went to bed.  None of them here today.  I have called & been ignored.  The opening going under my house is a bit muddy.  Dang.

    I stayed home today.  No energy to go out, not even for Cinco de Mayo.  Sure I am not missed anywhere.

    Still not one text from our thursday group.  Either they area talking to each other but not me.  I tried to text but got ignored so I deleted them.  Will just forget.  Sad.  It was something I really enjoyed.

    I enjoyed lots of Mill Fest photos.  How I wish I could have been there.  I could get a golf cart type vehicle but where would I keep it in town.  It would be mine.  Not sharing with anyone unless they can help pay for it & help support it.  Like that is going to happen.  Everything is always just me paying for everything.  No one pays me to help me out.  Grandson no doubt would if I asked.  That would be it.  Guess I will do without one.  Would be fun though.

    I have many photos to use tonight but my laptop has not synced at all.  My wi fi router is dying.  Overheats.  New one comes this evening after 630pm.  Should be soon.  Hope it helps.  I did manage to get my Cinco de Mayo photos to open here.  I had some I was saving here & they are mostly winter pictures.  But it is cold here so they fit.

    Maybe rain tonight.  Maybe.  We need inches.  KN said our wheat is really needy.  Scary times.  I remember well.

                                                                         

                 

10/2025 - Martes the 14th - MY JOURNEY

 

This was yesterday.  A day late in sharing it.  I have some Canadian friends.

Today's Name Day:  Stellan

Have a friend in Sweden with this name.

    Had a pretty good day.  Slept ok.  Could be better but could be a lot worse.

    Had lunch planned with MM & CW.  But CW had to do something with his father.  I made sure to get a nice photos of MM & I just to make him feel guilty!!!  Will meet another time with him.

    Lunch was at the Sale BARn.  All the help were very nice today.  And even called me by name.  The owner had some yummy chocolate candy to share.

    I am learning that I cannot eat much.  Really upsets my stomach.  Hope that gets better.

    Had a short nap when I got home.  Cinder snuggled & Kisse stayed close.  

    After my nap I organised my mail on my porch.  Should have done that sooner.  I had Pepsi in one of the boxes.  Dang.  I was wanting that!!!  Should have enough for a while now.  Great!!!

    Had rain this morning.  As usual my area was on the short side.  Always.  But it stayed cool all day.  Like that.

    My weatherman is all excited about the cool temps ending & more heat on the way.  Stupid.  There is one day at 80.  Then cools off & rains.

    CW's sister had her dog go missing.  They put out several ads & photos.  Plus offered money.  Nothing.  That upset me for her.  I pretty much assumed something bad happened to her dog.  Then suddenly yesterday the dog came home on its own.  No idea where he has been.  What a relief!!!

    Hope sowing wheat gets over soon.  My boxes are growing too fast.  MM cannot drive & is going out of town soon.  Maybe I should order a large trash bin.  Maybe I could move them on my own.  Pretty much no one who can or wants to help.  MM it is.  KN makes sure to help when he can.  I hate to bother others.  My short list of backups.  Lucky me.  I used to have more help but more have dwindled out & are no longer interested in what I need or can do.  I have never imagined being so alone in my life.

    My DNA on Ancestry.com has changed.  Fun to see where I have ancestors from.  Some new places  ---- different parts of England, different parts of Scotland & Ireland, Finland, Belgium, & Luxemborg.  Very interesting.  Few of my relatives care.  Maybe someone in the future will care.  I try not to bore anyone who is not interested.  If I do sometimes I get made fun of.  I remember a neighbour lady was related to the royalty of Luxemborg but never talked about that.  Now they are all gone.  No one left to care.

    Photos are mostly autumn ones.  Fun.

Where my blog is at least looked at.  More than usual.  Have friends on SnapChat from Malaysia.  Might be some.
