Had a so-so day. Poor sleep. Bad headache. And bad depression. My left foot & calf hurt. Weird. Even sitting is not good. Nor laying down for a nap. I cancelled the day & stayed home, resting. No work again for a week. Dang. I miss it.
Felt too warm in the house last night. I turned the heat off completely. Until middle of the night I got a bit chilly. Then barely turned it on. I felt better that way. Fog last night & more on the way here now. Colorado has snow. Missouri/Oklahoma have rain. And here we sit staying dry. Really frustrating. Love being at work there.
My TV remote is totally broken. Turned the electricity off overnight. Tried it again today. Really bad. Cannot do any thing with it. New one gets here on sunday. Hope it works then.
I can get CBS on my iphone. Missed my soaps but that is ok. I got the news tonight Now stupid shows but at least there is noise here now.
Only emails today. Not much else from anyone else. JR had to do with no meal out tonight. Sorry. I had a TV dinner of spaghetti. It was really quite good. Will buy again. Still have several to eat first. Have mac & cheese too. Did not salt it & needed to. Try again.
Just took some pain pills. Hope they help. Feeling miserable.
