01/2025 Mördag the 20h - Wandering & Capturing Moments

 

Today's Name Day:  Fabian, Sebastian

I love the name Fabian who was a wonderful singer in my teenage days.  Plus a Swedish friend's dog was named Fabian.

    

    Today was an ok restful day.  I took my antianxiety pill last nite & slept all night.  Plus a nap & almost fell asleep before supper.  Sort of sleepy all day.  Much better than anxiety though.

    I had some trash to take out but never did.  No energy & too cold to be outside.  I just did not care today.  Only a couple of bags.  Nothing major.

    I woke up from my nap & then here came Cinder.  We just laid together for a while.  Felt good.

    Got really cold last night,  Around 20 today but tonight will be under zero..  Hope the water keeps dripping.  So far so good.

    No major texts or anything today,  Sort of my normal.  If someone wants to make sure I am ok or just chat they would   Not begging today.  One friend emails daily.  Nice to hear from her.    

    No tv today.  Mine has been on the Discovery Channel all day.  Everything to do with 45 president.  Do not want to give his stuff better ratings.  He is already causing problems.  Makes want to cry & makes me scared.

Today's Name Day:  Henrik, Henry

Love the name Henry.  He is my hair stylist.  And always fun to see & visit with,

    Today. was a day of rest.  I slept good & stayed warm.  Dang cold now.  We are 6 right now with no winds at this time.

    I tried to take a nap but failed.  Cinder & I just snuggled.  I watched some travel videos.  I have gotten addicted to them.  They seem to calm my need to travel.  I am accepting that those days are over.  The videos help.  They are on Snapchat

    KN came to water the bulls & picked up yesterday's mail & put it on my porch,  Nice of him.  Called him then later.  Had 2 questions for him & plans to make.

    Working on genealogy tonight & for unknown reasons I now have the worst anxiety attack.  I feel just awful.  If I take an axiety pill now I will end up in bed.  Soon.

    Took steps to put some distance between me & those who have done me wrong.  This morning.

01/2025 Lördag the 18th - Wandering & Capturing Moments

My morning photos.  They were perky.  I was not!!

Today's Name Day:  Hilda, Hildur

    I had on OK day.  Colder today & temps dropping now.  We are at 14F now.  I slept pretty good though,

    I have all the faucets in the house dripping.  It is a little breezy outside now,  Gusts up to 27mph.  They have changed the weather a bit.  Snow creeps near me here on tuesday

    I shampooed my hair while I still have water flowing,  Of course, I have no where to go for several days & my hair looks really good,  Dang!!!  Hope it lasts until wednesday.  Have a hair app't on thursday.  Needs to be cut for sure.

    After supper I looked to see if there are any good movies on.  And I am watching Wicked.  I really like it.

    My friend & cousin called & we had a good visit.  Lots of health & family things alike.  Great to talk to her.

    Feeling a still upset inside.  But get better now & then.  I will just stay away from those who don't like me or accept me as I am.

01/2025 Fredag the 17th - Wandering & Capturing Moments

 

Today's Name Day:  Anton, Tony

I do not like the name Anton.  Grew up with a pastor who was mean for no good reason to us kids.  Love the name Tony,  Have a sweet friend with that name.

    Before leaving the house today I got to the living room & my "fireplace" was on!!!!  One of the cats must have somehow did it.  Living room was toasty!

    Had a great day!  Met JR for lunch at Jalisco's.  They were busy.  JR & I had stuff to do concerning his upcoming photo showing next month.  Things are looking up right now.  I had some bills to pay & left them at home.  Dang.  They will keep.

    Then it was a work day for me.  I got the M-P family book all scanned.  There were several photos not secured in the book & got those all fixed.  Then I started on another book about a different branch of that family.  Forgot the initials.  Too new.

    Home for supper.  Walked from my car in the road to the mailbox to get mail..  Yuck.  Walked through some mud.  BUT.  Got up to my house & got brave & made the circle in my drive.  No problems!!  Now in the car is in the carport in the correct way.  See how brave the UPS guys are!!!!

    Cats did not like any food I left out.  Huh???  Have to replace now.  Maybe to lazy to eat & too busy napping.  Relaxing again now.

    The temp stayed around 39F all day.  Last night it was sort of warm also.  But later tonight the cold comes in.  I have all my water dripping.  Gonna be a really cold the next few days.  No chance at all for snow.  Still pretty deep in places,  

    I have several candles sitting near sofa.  When I get home they smell like heaven when I open the front door just from the warm air in the house.
