    Good day sort of.  Last night was awful & left me feeling bad today.

    Changed my glucose sensor.  And it would not work & kept sending me errors messages.  Finally removed it & added a new one,  The last one I had.  It started out not reading my glucose right.  Dang.  I believed it & ate extra thinking I was low.  I was actually quite high.  I tried to ignore it over night but it kept waking me up.  Finally got better & more accurate.  I stick my finger often to double check,  They are pretty close today.  I managed some sleep this morning & after lunch.

    I had a 4pm apppointment with Henry for a hair cut.  First since november.  He cut enough off I think I am 10 pounds thinner!!!  I showed him the hair style I wanted & he did it.  And sort of explained how to redo it or whatever.  I like it!!!  Much better!!!

    I stopped to pick up Arbys for supper.  It was too much but good.  Cinder wanted me to share.  She does not need people food.  Her treat is a thin slice of ham.  That is enough.  Kisse does not like people food.

    Leaving the house to go to Salina I saw a cat in the cattle pen.  Seen it before.  Gray.  Probably a cousin to Kisse.  Today there has been thousands of black birds in the pasture on the ground or in trees.  Loud!! I took photos but they are not good ones but gives you an idea how many there were.  Cattle were here when I left also.

    It was cold last night but warm today.  Chance of rain/snow tonight.  They have moved it to include my farm.  Amazing.  Not going to be freezing so no ice or much snow.

Artist Eric Abraham.  I loved him & his art.  Lucky to have him as a friend.  He died a few years ago.  Sure miss him.

11 may, 2023 Wandering & Capturing Moments

    Slept OK.  No rain here overnight.  Severe storms to the west again this afternoon but we got nothing again.  They kept forecasting severe weather & had me almost scared then nothing here.

    Had my monthly hair app't.  Today I got cut, colored, & styled.  A different style.  I like it.  See how it does sleeping on it.  Hoping for the best.

    Not much else today.  I was moving slow again today.  Took a nap when I got home.  Feel better.

    We continue to have multiple moths around my porch.  I turn NO lights on in the dark.  They are horrible.  It is called an eclipse of moths.  Yuck.  Will be here another couple of weeks.  Then they die or head west.  Why wait!?  Head west now!!

    Added more photos to my genealogy.  Some I cannot find.  Dang.  May turn up later.

13 april, 2023 Wandering & Capturing Moments

    Had an ok day until tonight.  Nico into things.  Again!  Even Kisse was a mess!!  All I want is to sit & blog & watch my soaps.  Sigh.  All is quiet now.  See if it lasts.I 

    Got up a little early for my hair app't.  I was a little apprehensive to go after my last app't.  But HP was normal.  The stylist next to him was gone.  Maybe it was just my basic paranoia.  I am glad.  I mostly said nothing too personal.

    I came home to sit outside with my kids.  That was just awful!  The winds are horrific!  After we came in the house, it got worse.  There is no way to keep the front screen door shut.  I tried all my usual tricks.  The noise is awful!  It upsets Nico who goes balistic.  He bit me once & got scolded really bad.  Been sort of better since then.  Wish I could get the door fixed.  My nephew thinks there is no way.  I have extra straps from my trash bins.  Maybe there is a way.  Hmmmm.

    Tried to nap but I was too uncomfortable.  I ended up just crying.  Hope the next 2 days improve.

    Had a good day today.  Slept good so that helped. 

    I was up early to get ready for my hair app't.  I do not put on much makeup since it just gets messed up anyway.  And, of course, no hair to style.  Good day.  Nice to look good again!!  And good to see HP.  And get a hug.  He is fun to talk to.

    What crazy weather.  Winds are were 50-60 mph winds.  Awful.  It was cloudy all day with rain, drizzle, fog, snow.  If only it all amounted to much more.  All was light.  Helps no one.

    Late tonight now.  Had a long phone call from a friend.  Great conversation.
