Sheltering in Place, Mood Of Silence, Day 200....

200 DAYS. Unbelievable. I see no end in site. Almost 7 months. There is nothing on the news that is encouraging. Nothing.

Great weather. Highs in the 60 and lows in the 40s. Awesome! We have a chance of rain in 2 weeks. Hahaha. 

Poor sleep. Day was cancelled except for supper.

JR and I had supper at Jalisco's. They were pretty busy, JS still had time to joke with me. Helps me more than he can ever know.

The weird stuff on my farm continues. Last night Nico got viciously scared and barked at the bedroom window. This was the worst. It was worse than a rabbit eating. We went outside not long after. Something had peed on the front porch by our door. Really?! Nico ran all over the carport, sniffing, hair on end, etc. I have no words or thoughts.

The Plague, Day 145......

 Pretty good day. Could not sleep so I skipped Swedish group and eating out. I did sleep in the morning.

I am finally in less pain. I can lift my purse. Can find a comfy way to sleep. I found the exercises I used to do but sitting in a chair. Not hard. I hope they help.

Supper tonight with JR at Jalisco's. We need to go to other places but that is scary. A place I like in Salina is now closed due to a worker having Covid 19. It is another restaurant called Jalisco's. No relation to mine in any way. But I eaten there many times. 

People here are just not getting it. No matter how much is printed and shared or what experts say wearing a mask will end this sooner. A large department store in Salina has signs plainly saying to wear masks. Several people have reported people go in with a mask on but as soon as away from the front doors, take them off. There are no words. Someone had a post that said "When does the stupidity line level off?" In Kansas, maybe never.

Tonight was JG birthday. Such an old man. Turned 18!! Sweet friend!

Weather sucks again. Hot and humid. It felt like 100F today. And tonight bugs were rampant with no wind. Ick.

Sometimes I hate changes. There are major changes to my blogging site. Why? It looks awful and I cannot find anything. And you have no choice. At some point, it changes for good.
