Today's Name Day:  Ronny , Ronald

Lots of Ronnies in my life.  My former best friend's husband was Ronald.  Willie & him grew up together & were best friends for many years.  Raced cars together.  We went to Las Vegas together yearly.  And we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversaries together in Vegas & Hawaii.  Shame she decided that she hated me & ended it all.  They became wealthy & it went to her head.

Have a neighbour named Ronnie.  Friends with my son as kids.  Good friends with JS too.  JS worked for him also.  Still friends.

Went to school with a Ronnie.  We were great dancers together in the 1960s.  Fun.  He was a cool guy.  Died young from cancer.

Had a classmate named Ron or Ronnie.  Not friends in school or now.

    

    Today sure could have been better  Had a really bad night.  Severe pain & hard to walk.  I cancelled today.  There was no way I could walk down the basement steps at work.

    Sometime during the night I got too hot.  Threw my covers off & turned the AC down.  It finally got better.

    I mostly rested today.  Napped on the sofa.  No clue where Kisse was but Cinder was nearby.  She has commandeered a  box she likes to lay on.  Weird.  The light from a lamp shines on it.  Does not put out any heat.

    I have bonded with the kitten today.  She will come & let me pet her.  I even held her breifly.  And she is a she.  I had mail to deal with & she stayed near me.  I am assuming there is no more 6 other kittens or a mom.  Makes me sad.  I am glad one has survived.  And knew I would take care of her.  Have found her laying under my car.  No bueno.  Have to call her before I go anywhere.  Then I usually drive part way down the drive before I put on lipstick, etc.  She does not follow.

    Cannot write much more.  Photos today are many that I have taken in Lindsborg.  Not all.  Will point out which I did not take.

 Midsummers photos from 1916 in Riverside Park,  Guy to the left I have forgotten his name.  Moved away.  Top guy is Angelo.  Guy to the right is Chris.  We grew up together.  Married as kids. 💖

 My family castle in Skåne Sweden.  Called Vanås.  I have been there twice.  I might have taken this photo but not sure.

 A favorite cousin.  Saw it each other daily until our fathers had a major falling out.  They moved away.  He did come to see me often as an adult.  He died young in a car accident in Missouri.  Always miss him.

Not my photo,  I needed some family photos for my soul.  Front row is Aunt Martha Lee, Aunt Thelma Arcel, my mom, & Hannah was grandpa's second wife.

Back row is Uncle Harlan, Uncle Orin Ray, Grandpa, Uncle Bob, & Uncle Merle.  Aunt Martha Lee & Aunt Thelma Arcel are the only ones who ever made me feel like family from childhood until they died.  They & their families were the best,  And being with them in Denver was heaven,  Miss those times.

Our last border collie.  Willie's favorite.  Name Kajsa Jo.  Called Jo.  She road. in the truck with Willie everywhere.  She got ill so the vet came to our farm & put her to sleep in her truck.

Today's Name Day:  Tyko

Long ago ancestor with this first name.  Last name was Brahe.

    Today was an awful day.  I have had severe pain for days.  My left knee got much worse.  Difficult to walk.  Blood sugar was out of control also.  I called in to work that I was staying home.  I had bad guilt feelings & always think no one believes me.  "Her again?"

    I shared with someone who usually cares how bad I felt.  I got nada.  Only his complaints.  I tried to be caring.  I was surprised that someone I really do not know actually wrote to me & asked how I was.  Nice to be heard.  A surprise.

    Cancelled supper tonight.  Too much pain.  Just gave up.  Figured that no one would care anyway.

    Hated not to eat at Jalisco's.  Their 18th anniversary.  Probably crowed.  Probably did not miss me.

    I tried to nap but I felt like I was having a heart attack.  I was not.  My blood sugar was dropping to super low.  Had an odd feeling.  I ate some food & felt better.  But low again before supper.  Sheesh.

    I have a photo of my kittens with some info about them.  Will leave it there.  Their mom was back this noon.

    Trash got picked up & my trash bins were set back by the tree they were near.  I double checked.  The trash guys did that.  What a shock!!!  Very nice.

    Cool weather today.  Love it.

Best friend I ever had.  Before cellphones.  He lived in California & England & Kansas City.  Finally in Wichita before he got into drugs that killed him.  Name is Pete.

Pete & his dogs at home in Great Bend.  The dogs loved me.  They knew when Aunt Julie was coming then they got people food!!!  God knows I loved them & miss them.
