I have discovered having an egg on rice at Jalisco's.  Excellent!!!

Today's Name Day:  Ingemar , Gudmar

I had a couple of Swedish relatives named Ingmar.  Special cousins.  Glad I got to meet them.

    Today was a good day.  I slept pretty good,.  Pain not too bad except my hands & wrists.  Really bad.  And today at work I banged my bad knee on either my chair or desk. Thought I would faint.  But I walked to my car ok,  Whew.

    LL was not at work .  Doing some paper work for her mother about moving here.  Tiring work,

    Figured out something new on the scanner.  I am trainable!!

    The swimming pool is open.  I got a few photos of kids on the slide.  And for some reason many of the kids come to the Old Mill for snacks.  Candy & soda.  No idea why.  But it keeps us busy!!!  And has happened for years.

    Supper was at Jalisco's.  Had not seen AR for a while.  I was scared he was upset with me.  But today he came to see me with smiles & a hug,  All is good

    I forgot to put any drinks in my frige to get cold.  JR ran into Dollar General for some diet soda for me. Good.

    I had ordered a new Remarkable 2 & it came today.  I use mine all the time.  This one is tiny.  Love it!!  It synched with what is on my original one.   Nothing awful. Still have my old one so I can copy from it if needed.

    Photos are many I have taken.  Great  clouds today.  I found some new flowers but they did not make it here.  Tomorrow they will be here.

    Rain in the area,  Got really humid after lunch,  Hate it.

12/2024 Lördag the 21th - Wandering & Capturing Moments

Today's Name Day:  Tomas

    I had an ok day.  Slept good & no nap.  I spent the afternoon working on my Remarkable2 & downloading some things for it on Etsy.  Think I am happy now.

    Last night got really cold again.  Saw 16 for the low.  Yikes.  Our high was. 41.  Warmer tomorrow.  They lowered the temp on Christmas.  Not too low.  And maybe rain.

    Winter Solstice.  Don't like.  Now we start getting closer to miserably hot weather, high humidity, & bugs.  Hope we actually get some winter first.

    Bought a ring that is for arthritic fingers with bigger joints than the ring size.  It fits good.  Expensive though.  See if I can find a cheaper company.  My rings are hard to get on then they flop around.  Drives me nuts.

    Have something new for supper.  Will report tomorrow.

    MM is getting ready for Christmas Day.  Glad I am part of it.  So is JR too if he wants to go.  I have to get the boys gifts organised.

Today's Name Day is Elsa

    A quiet & nice day.  Slept good last night & had a partial nap today.  I have just been friends with Nico, no trying to push anything.  I am done.  Should have never went on this far.  Called to make a vet app't but of course the vet is out of town, back a little on Thursday & gone on Friday.  Nice.  Ridiculous.

    It really got cold last night. I saw 21F.  Colder tonight! The high was 45f.  Very nice outside.  I left Nico out for a while while I carried trash to the bins.  And boxes.  Good to be done.  And Nico got some fresh air.  While he supervised my work!!!

    The sun was out this morning.  Nice to see the glittering waves on my pond.  So pretty.  Forgot my camera in the house.  Maybe tomorrow!

    I have been trying to learn new things on my phone.  And writing them down so I do not forget!!  I use my Remarkable 2 for everything!
