11/2025 - Sábado the 22nd - MY JOURNEY

 

Today's Name Day:  Cecilia, Sissela

Friends now with a Cecilia but she uses another name.

    Another quiet day, had little sleep overnight.  My sugar kept dropping to the 60s.  Around eveery 2 hours.  I got so tired of eating.  Today was much better.

    Very little communication today.  Only emails from JL in California.  Too warm to day.  But Cinder liked the sun shining in the bedroom window so she snuggled all afternoon.  Very nice.

    Had one guilty photo from CF.  No talking.  Photo meant nothing to anyone.  He sends his one photo everyday but no info on how he is or anything about his life.  I try to add things about me but he is not interested.  He said we would be live chatting with his other grandmother but has not happened yet.  Know nothing about her now.  Never see her.

    Nothing today fron LL or MM.  Probably won't hear from her all week.  With family.  MM working.

    Too warm.  Bedroom full of flies again.  Will try to tape the bottom of it & one hole in it.  See if that helps.  Not begging for help.  Been there done that.  Won't do it again.

    Cooler tomorrow with rain starting.  Heavy on monday.  Gotta get to the pharmacy on monday.  Meds to pick up.  Just to drive through.

11/2025 - Lunes the 03rd - MY JOURNEY

 

Today's Name Day:  Hubert, Hugo

Had a great uncle Hugo, my grandfather's brother.  A classmate had a brother Hubert.

    Today was a slow day.  Only an email or two.  Few texts.  Even MM has been quiet.  I am sure the holiday was hard on him without his boys.

    Cinder ignored me all night until around 5am.  No idea where she slept at.  Then we were buddies after that.

    I got a photo of cattle being loaded.  I see the gate to one pasture is closed.  I assume there are cattle in there, roaming around.

    Cinder & I took a short nap.  Then I heard some heavy equipment driving outside & woke up.  Gave up napping.  Semi with cattle???

    Busy day tomorrow.  Voting & eye doctor appointment.  Then back to work.  LL home last night & we had a short chat.  Will be fun to see her again!!

    No help in my having no glucose sensors.   Told my PA to just ignore me until my appointment in 3 weeks.  I will make do with out sensors.  I  have a busy month.  Tired of asking for help & getting none.

    Watching the news from the BBC.  Sure beats having to hear & see our sick news.  Theirs is much better.  Calmer.  There was a train wreck & a stabbing causing it.  Here people would have been balistic.  Brits are calmer.  Should completely change over to them. 

    I saw we got down to 30F last night.  Warmer tomorrow.  The weathermen are so excited a town or two is far west Kansas might get close to 80F.  I am not excited.  The warmer it gets here the worse the flies are trying to get in the house.  Luckily I had bug spray near the front door.  It was full of huge black flies.  All dead now.  And by sunday will be really cold here.  Great!  Kill all the bugs.  Or send them into hiding.  I hope.

10/2025 -Domingo the 19th - MY JOURNEY

Today's Name Day:  Tor, Tore

    So so day.  Just borderline queasy today.  Who knows why??  I ended up cancelling my day.  Communication was not much today.  MM shared photos.  That is all.  CW shared a couple also.

    Got really cold last night.  I saw 36 here last night.  My 2 blankets sure felt cozy.  Cinder roamed more than usual.  But stayed close during my nap.

    I am out of all lunch eat.  Cinder is not happy.  Have some leftover shrimp.  I think she ate it.  Hard up???  I need to throw it out but will keep until I get to the store for supplies.  Hopefully tomorrow.  I had spaghetti for supper.  See how my stomach handles that.

    A friend who is here from Texas asked if I was coming to town today.  Not today.  Nor tomorrow.  Hope to see her next week.  She is a newer friend.

    Not much else to say.  Quiet day.  Great nap though.  Declared a Jammie Day today.  Photos are almost all autumn.
