Known at least one Ernest.  Maybe two.

    Had a better day.  Went to bed last night around 10pm.  And fell asleep right away.  Woke. up around 3am to check my iPhone.  Hate to ignore Lindsborg Now too long.  When I do something bad always happens.  Over 8000 people members on it & as a group they are not to be trusted.  But all was well on my. phone.  Not in the world though.  We have opened an awful can or worms.

    Today was ok.  I slept this morning.  Then a nap on my sofa this afternoon.

    There was ice early this morning.  No idea if we got any here but we were in the area.  Watch was over by 8am.

    I stepped out on my porch briefly & there were the llamas near my yard.  Dang.  No phone.  No photo.  Next time.  Old photo here.  Coco & Charlie.

    Less pain today but expect that to change with our messed up weather.  At least we are not having super warm weather.  Yet.

Love pictures from Sweden.  Especially snowy ones.  Where my ancestors are from & some still live they have ski slopes there.  Near Järvsö.  Great photos.

01/2025 Tisdag the 21h - Wandering & Capturing Moments

 

Today's Name Day:  Agnes, Agneta

    Today was ok..  Nothing special.  Texts from MM helped.  And another friend on Snapchat who had some interesting info.  More info later.' 

    Got super cold last night.  I saw -10..  Think that broke a record here for today.  Never got the house real warm but it was comfy. Right now is the warmest it has been all day.  And the control for my room heater has quit.  Already needs a new battery.  Will get some but can control it by making changes on top of it.

    Having anxiety trouble again.  And for some unknown reason worried about going to work tomorrow.  Just the thought makes me panic.  They say if something does not feel right don't do it.  Who knows??  Staying home.  Guilt is easier to deal with than anxiety.

    Weather is crazy.  New Orleans has 10 inches of snow.  Snow plows drove all they way there from Iowa to clear the roads.  And Florida is snowing too.  The world is crazy.

    A friend let me know that the present president & vice president have been added to people in FB & Instagram..  How dare they???  Found & blocked all.  IF I want to follow them I will.  I do not.  No wonder I am panicky.

    I assume trash guys came today but I did not check..  I have a few bags to carry out but in this cold.  They can wait until the weekend

    Cinder & I napped a bit this afternoon. I think I could have slept until tomorrow!!!

01/2025 Mördag the 20h - Wandering & Capturing Moments

 

Today's Name Day:  Fabian, Sebastian

I love the name Fabian who was a wonderful singer in my teenage days.  Plus a Swedish friend's dog was named Fabian.

    

    Today was an ok restful day.  I took my antianxiety pill last nite & slept all night.  Plus a nap & almost fell asleep before supper.  Sort of sleepy all day.  Much better than anxiety though.

    I had some trash to take out but never did.  No energy & too cold to be outside.  I just did not care today.  Only a couple of bags.  Nothing major.

    I woke up from my nap & then here came Cinder.  We just laid together for a while.  Felt good.

    Got really cold last night,  Around 20 today but tonight will be under zero..  Hope the water keeps dripping.  So far so good.

    No major texts or anything today,  Sort of my normal.  If someone wants to make sure I am ok or just chat they would   Not begging today.  One friend emails daily.  Nice to hear from her.    

    No tv today.  Mine has been on the Discovery Channel all day.  Everything to do with 45 president.  Do not want to give his stuff better ratings.  He is already causing problems.  Makes want to cry & makes me scared.

Today's Name Day:  Henrik, Henry

Love the name Henry.  He is my hair stylist.  And always fun to see & visit with,

    Today. was a day of rest.  I slept good & stayed warm.  Dang cold now.  We are 6 right now with no winds at this time.

    I tried to take a nap but failed.  Cinder & I just snuggled.  I watched some travel videos.  I have gotten addicted to them.  They seem to calm my need to travel.  I am accepting that those days are over.  The videos help.  They are on Snapchat

    KN came to water the bulls & picked up yesterday's mail & put it on my porch,  Nice of him.  Called him then later.  Had 2 questions for him & plans to make.

    Working on genealogy tonight & for unknown reasons I now have the worst anxiety attack.  I feel just awful.  If I take an axiety pill now I will end up in bed.  Soon.

    Took steps to put some distance between me & those who have done me wrong.  This morning.
