03 february, 2023 Wandering & Capturing Moments

    When I went to bed last night my hip immediately started hurting.  And continued all night & today.  I never did anything to it.  And nothing helped to ease it.

    I saw my chiropractor this afternoon.  I was worried how the SoftWave therapy would be while I am in pain.  But it was not too bad.  He did say I could be hurting from my treatments.  I thought of that also.  And maybe walk more even if in pain.

    Then I was back to Lindsborg to see JS & meet SM.  They are packed & ready to go tomorrow.

    SM & I chatted a lot.  Found several things in common.  I am glad for them.  And anxious to visit sometime.  SM told me the route to take.  Better than the big roads.  And prettier.

    I took lots of photos before leaving.  They are precious.

    I am home with all 3 fur kids.  So far they are behaving.  Sort of.  Nico is trying to push my buttons.  A spritz of water or two helps.

    It got cold last night.  I saw 10F.  Not as warm today as they thought.  The high was 43F.

My day was ok but had trouble sleeping. Tried to nap later and failed.

Today was therapy. And I did my homework. It is hard to talk about how I want my life but have my doubts things will change. It was fun to have a group of friends in the past.

JS and I video chatted twice. He had some news and just wanted to say hello. I liked his news.

Think I get to see my grandson tomorrow. Been over a year. Miss him.

Weather was warm but those gale force winds are getting old. Weatherman says heavy rain and possibly severe storms this weekend.

Quieter day. Still sleeping good. Think I having finally figured what to take that works.

It was warm again but cooler than yesterday. Got to 63. And with the warm weather, bugs are waking up. Oh, joy.

JR and I ate at Jalisco's. Where else?! My second home. They treat me so good! Even splurged and had helado. Yummy!

Busier today than yesterday. Really warm today. Saw 73F today.

Met my nephew for lunch at Jalisco's. We had some farm business to talk about. He is so easy to work with. I am lucky.

I managed a short nap. Gave me energy. And snuggle time with my Fur Kids.

Met friends at the White Peacock. We sat outside on their patio. Perfect. I splurged and had an almond Italian Soda. Had a great visit.

My brother and I had supper at Jalisco's. They were very busy. Good to see!

Sheltering in Place, Mood Of Silence, Day 347....

Quiet day. Slept all day yesterday. So I was awake most of last nite.

Warm today but the wind is far too strong. Hits my front door and almost blows me over. Always wear my iWatch. If I fall it will call for help or I can call for help on it. Living alone in the middle of nowhere is sometimes a challenge.

I actually texted with 2 friends today. Had two video chats. Sent one email but no answer. Hope they are just busy.

Super was really good for a frozen meal. Had corn, chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. I added some butter to the corn. Found a good brand I will stick with.
