House Guards!!

Today's Name Day:  Lage

    Back to work today.  Finally!! And lunch first!!!  I thought today would never get here!!

    I slept good with me blood sugar doing good.  Grateful to have my glucose sensor back on.  What a relief!!

    Had a nice lunch.  Chose biscuits & gravy.  Splurged & had a double serving.  Just green tea to drink.  Trying to stop drinking sugary drinks.  Took photos in the White Peacock,  Fun place with a camera.  Needs to get warm enough to eat on the patio.

    Had to visit MM for a bit.  He was outside with Gracie.  She had to get in my car & curl up.  Wish i could have just spent the day with her.  And she curled up on my lap twice. I love her & MM both!!

    Work went good,  I finished the cute cookie cook book.  My neighbour had a recipe in there as a small child!!  Gotta run into him & remind him!!!  I know several of the kids..

    I had 2 photos of teachers that I was clueless who they were.  Got the answers so I identified the photos & the scans.  Good,.

    THEN.  I started on the tiny photos of students.  Most have no names..  I got the first pile done & relialized I scanned them wrong.  To bad.  Refuse to redo them all.  Will do the rest correctly,  These are photos no one will ever see again.  Photo of my hand and a tiny photo later.   Some are around 1 inch by 1 inch.

    Supper was at Jalisco's.  By this time I hurt so bad I could hardly move.  Miserable.  My friend JATR had my booth all picked out for me.  Bless his heart.  His job was cleaning tables so he had time to chat.  We talked in both English & Spanish.  We each learned a word or two.  He helped me to relax & laugh.  I thanked him & his novia (girlfriend)  Life savers.  I got fun photos of all & was sent a photo of a new calf we just had here at home.  More photos to share.

    Groceries next.  I splurged & bought some advil.  Not supposed to take but my pain is an emergency today. Cinder & I were almost out of our foods.  Kisse is here but Cinder is hiding.  Who knows where!

    I managed an extremely short nap. Exhausted.  And I forgot to turn the heat off this morning,  Cranked up the AC.  Feels much better now.

Today's Name Day:  Inge,  Yngve

    Had a great day today.  A little trouble getting to sleep but an anxiety pill fixed that.  Plus & no drowsiness today.  The day started cloudy but sun by work time.

    Worked at the Old Mill today.  I finally finished a a group of photos that were sort of boring.  But I ended knowing one lady who was in several photos.  Then I had photos of grades with no kids names just the teacher.  Her name started as Miss Hughes but then changed to Mrs. Gustafson.  Sweet lady.

    LL has had a cold as have several others I know.  She is better.  Super sick cousin in Kentucky is out of the hospital & now in a special hospital to help her recover,  Then nursing home after that,  Her mind is shot so. should be no problem.  JS has been really sick with a  sinus infection ---- maybe.  Not sure.  Super bad headache, congestion, hard to talk, etc.  He called tonight & is better.  Talked all the way to my home.  Will talk again on thursday or friday.

    JR & I had supper at Jalisco's.  As we parked MM came out the door with his son Atlas.  When Atlas saw me jumped for joy & came running to me.  And wanted a big hug.  What a sweetie.  We are lunching tomorrow!!!  I have missed them.

    Olympic time for me. Just saw an American break a record for gold. Exciting.  Couple doing a Scotish music & dancing.  Awesome!!
