Patriot Day 

Today's Name Day: Dagny, Helny

      Another non traditional day.  Want my life back.

    Could not sleep last night.  I finally got up for a while.  Wanted a drink & to do things on my phone I could not do in bed.  Back to bed at 5am.  Slept until 1pm.

    Had lunch of taquitos with lingonberries since I am out of sour cream.  Nice & sweet.  Caught up on one soap opera & my genealogy.  Then a long nap.  Cinder joined me with lots of cuddling.

    Up & Cinder went out. I had soup.  Now blogging & Spanish.  Dreading Spanish.  Very difficult.

    Weather OK.  Low 54 & high 88.  Not a chance of rain anytime soon.

05 august, 2022 Wandering

    Today was a great day!!!!  Took my car to Assaria & had the new part installed.  It feels odd to go the speed limit!!  Instead of creeping to save fuel.  It did not take very long & did not cost very much.  I had some animal poo on my hood & I asked if he could wash it off.  I guess he got lots of jokes!!!  Gives them something to talk about!!

    I managed time for a short nap.  Sleep was elusive last night.  I finally gave up & moved to the sofa.  Then I slept.

    JR, PM, & I had supper at Jalisco's.  I treated myself to carne asada. (steak)  It was awesome tonight!!  Been a year or two since I ordered it.  Business was steady.  JS had a moment of totally getting to me!  He was still laughing when I left.  He is good for my soul.

    Last night JS called me to check to make sure I am ok  How nice that was.  Nice to have someone who cares to check.  I told him so.

    Photos are mostly flowers.  First photo is Jalisco's with JS taking a step.  The second photo is the Colorado mountains.  Oh, to be there again.  I think that is no longer possible for me.  The third photo is my cousin's dock on the Ljusnan River in Sweden.  Heaven on earth.
