21 october, 2022 Wandering & Capturing Moments

    I am here but still sick.  I cough less & my allergies have calmed down.  Far too tired.  Little sleep last night.  Tried to nap today.  But between mailmen & Nico, it did not happen.  Hope I sleep tonight.

    KN is harvesting milo behind my house.  Nico is busy barking at him.  Nice to have peace here.

    Won't write much.  Just no energy for anything.  I might explain next week.  I do not want any pity or whatever.  I am tired of sitting here alone, feeling sick, & no one to talk to.

    I do have several who check on me.  My Moroccan friend video chatted with me.  He checks on my daily.  My best friend usually talks to me daily.  My brother & I talk daily.  KN even checked on me this morning.

Life Improving? No masks? Day 427....

 Always be kind. Wear a mask if needed. Avoid toxic people and situations.

I am better over all. Slept well after taking an anxiety pill. My head has quit buzzing. But. Coughing and sneezing constantly.

My therapist said lots of kids in school have colds, not allergies. When she said that I am pretty sure who gave me this cold. I was in close proximity to a large group of preteen girls. Hmmm.

Therapy was good. Talked of good things last week. And she was glad I asked for help. I hate to but I did.

A little girl looked at me today and squealed in delight. Said she liked my mask with Mickey Mouse on it. Huh? My mask was a sunflower but I checked in my mirror and looked at my mask. Yep, there were several Mickeys. Will share a photo.

I picked up groceries after therapy. Good to have food and Pepsis in my house.
