10 september, 2022 Wandering & Capturing Moments

    I am ahead of the game.  Got the date right.  Even double checked!!

    What awesome weather!!!  Our temps were 59F & 68F.  Good to feel chilled.  Started raining late afternoon.  Not a lot but just nice to have some moisture in the air.  And to drive in.

    I slept good last night but had the same hip pain.  Why???  Need to google for exercises for it.  Cannot live like this.

    This weekend my grandson celebrated his birthday.  I met him & CW, his better half, at the Öl Stuga, our local bar.  Fun to see them & spend time with them.  I had a ham & bond öst on an onion roll.  Bond öst is a Swedish cheese.  Been a while since I had been there.  Such a pleasant evening.

    I have come to a decision.  I never get to the Öl Stuga & that is stupid.  There is no reason I cannot go on a saturday or whenever for an early supper before it gets too busy.  I can go alone.  And I will.  See if I do or not.

    The black cat has been here all day.  And he even slept on my porch.  You think he could be friendly to me.  See if he stole all Cinder's food.  Guess I can put a large pile out.

    Autumn is coming messy climate or not.  My swallows are gone, I think.  Very few grasshoppers.  And the ones I see are an ugly brown.  Next month some of the winter birds should start to arrive.

    I am watching Stanley Tucci on CNN.  And am now craving Italian food, even some I have never had.  He is in Milan.  Not only is the food to die for but the scenery is awesome.  Have to look in Wichita for some place good.  Again, even if I have to go alone.  Hate to be a pain to anyone.

    Nico is so picky on what treats he likes.  He has a favorite one & I was out of them.  Thankfully I got a new supply yesterday.  He is happy.  When Nico is happy we ALL are happy!

Sheltering in Place, Mood Of Silence, Day 302....

 Had good day. Slept well except for some low blood sugar.

Took myself out for lunch. Had a burger and fries. JS came in to say hello before running errands. Good to see him.

Saw my therapist, KF. We have the same birthday. So today we had sparkling water in wine glasses! And I got to keep the sparkling water and wine glass. Very cool.

I brought my re Markle 2 to show her. She loved it. She thought her kids would too. And since using it my handwriting has improved a lot.

KF had her dog with today. He is such a sweetie! I got lots of puppy love!!

I wrote to the president of the historical society, TS. We have not met in months and had a meeting tonight. I am secretary on the board. I thought I would be ok attending but I just could not. Do not want to be an area with poor circulation and people I do not socialize with and have no idea how safe they live in this Covid time. I was so upset yesterday I was shaking. TS was going to try Zoom from there but there is no wifi. And who knows how good reception is. Well, he never contacted me so I assume it did not work. Guess I will find out later what happened.

Weather is cold tonight, very warm tomorrow, then cooling off. God forbid we would have any snow. When it gets cooler it is with very strong winds.

I need to relocate to where snow happens. Have friends in Rapid City SD. The landscape is gorgeous. And with snow awesome. Love their photos. Colorado is an option. Love it there.

My photos today involve snow. I took most of the photos. The ones with big equipment and people are the first snow after Willie died. The neighbours came over to clear the yard, where I walk and the driveway. Really nice moment.
