Today's Name Day: Birger, Börje
Swedish artist who lived in Lindsborg & worked at Bethany College. His name was Birger Sandzén. We have an art gallery in honour of him.
A good day. I had a bad, bad weekend, then found a great meditation song on Spotify. Sort of found it by accident. I have a mask I use on my eyes for around 30 minutes. Same length as the music. It is Asian music & ocean waves. And during that time, I have changed my mind about many things. Think it will help.
I got little sleep last night. Not tired. No idea why. But I slept in the morning & a short afternoon nap.
Supper was Pizza Hut sallad. Perfect. They were comfortably busy. One booth had 4 cute little girls sitting in it. They were so good, Even had a small laptop! Maybe related to one of the waitresses.
For dessert we went to Dollar General & got ice cream sandwiches. Just right.
Then on the way taking JR home I took some photos of flowers that were blooming. In past years this entire area was filled with flowers. Not this year. Drought got them. But there was a small area of flowers. Hope they stay there & spread.
I had trash to take out & decided to forget it, Earlier I was outside opening mail in boxes. Mosquitos everywhere. I had a can of Yard Guard. I would spray but they kept coming back, I hate summer.
