10/2025 - Lunes the 27th - MY JOURNEY

Today's Name Day: Sabina

Know a lady with a similar name name now.

Not a good day. Little sleep overnight. Feel like my RA is in a flare. I hurt everywhere. Too sore to lift anything. And tomorrow is trash day. It is amazing people I do not know offered to help me. I turned them down. I hoped a short nap would help me feel ok. And it sort of did. I was able to lift bags of trash but still in pain. I got the worst outside. Then I got lighter bags thrown in front of my bench. Called KN for help to get them in the trash bins. Hate to be a baby. Surprising that strangers offer help but a direct relative never offers any help for me. Used to it. I am only good for giving not getting.

Stayed cool all day & last night. In the 50s. Cloudy. Perfect weather for me. Now we have rain moving in tonight & chance for some tomorrow. Cool is good.

MM continues to text me often & share photos. Nice he cares to share with me. I have missed him. Hope to see him later this week. Hope his flight home is safe.

My coworker LL is gone all week in a meeting. Will miss her. No lunch on friday. Could eat alone but probably won't. Too lazy. Rather sleep a bit longer.

The last 3 days I have felt normal after eating. Maybe I am done with the flu?? I can hope!!! I have heard of a few others who have been sick. Poor people!!

10/2025 - Sábado the 18th - MY JOURNEY

Today's Name Day: Lukas

I know one Lukas. Friend who works at the Öl Stuga.

A so-so day. Slept ok but sad all day. I ignored the festival in Lindsborg. Made no comments on any of the photos. Those who could help me get to the parade were busy working. The one who could have helped but has no job never offered anything. I am pretty sure no one missed my presence. Weather was good for it all. Hope the crowds were big & well behaved.

Today was a Jammie Day. No one cares what I am wearing.

I was just outside. Air is really cool feeling. It is 59 out now. I stayed out for a while. I thought there would be mail on my porch. Must all be small & in my mail box. Did not go check.

I had ear buds to listen to stuff at work but they are missing. I know I used them in the gallery but not seen them in that bag either. Ordered new ones. They work fine. Not expensive.

Cinder napped with me all afternoon. No clue where Kisse was. Sometimes she sleeps under my bed.

Had an email from JL. Text from JS last night. LL, MM, CW were all quiet & busy. Got a dog photo from CF. No chat. He had assured me that he & his other grandmother would enjoy live chatting with me. Well, that never happens. I won't ask. I fit in nowhere.

Had a chance of rain earlier but got nothing. Maybe later???? Not holding my breath.

Photos are mostly Halloween. Will do all autumn tomorrow.

Lunch was light but upset my stomach. Supper so far is ok. Nothing good. Not what I wanted. Hope I get over this someday.

I called my pharmacy yesterday. Can get my Covid shot & flu shot for nothing. Thanks to Medicare. Good. A friend who is much younger than me will have to drive several hundred miles to get any kind of shots. Not available to him & his kids here. Gonna cost several hundred dollars. How are our lives better???

Big country wide protest today. And many countries in the world for our support. All went well with no violence that I have heard of yet. Again, how are our lives better???? Only for billionaires. 😱
