Today's Name Day:  Hampus, Hans

Have a friend now in Sweden name Hans.  I have met him.  Cool.  Grew up with a guy named Hans Peter.

    My day started very good, but ended really bad.  I am not up to writing a blog tonight.  Maybe tomorrow.  I am sort of ok but not up to par.

    Nice weather.  Slept ok.  All was well until lunch was over.  Disappointed I could not go to Jalisco's.  Next week.

    Have a great evening & tomorrow.  Photos are a mix.  One app made some collages from my photos & I have used those.

Saturday, 02, april 2022 Wandering

    Sort of a quiet, boring day.  Home alone all day.  And more tired than usual.  Who knows why?

    Weather is quiet, warm.  I had cattle by my driveway all day.  Love when they are near.  Especially the little ones.

    Sat outside & there were lots of birds flying around and singing.  While out the yard got really dark!  A turkey vulture flew over & very low.  Just soaring on the breeze.  Love watching them flying.  So graceful for a vulture.

    This afternoon there was a very loud crash outside.  I think it was at the neighbour's.  Sounded like something metal dropped from a high distance.  Got my fur kids all curious!

    My spanish is going so well.  This lesson so far is sort of easy.  I am sure it is to lure me into a false sense of security!!  But they are speaking sentences & I have to write what I hear.  Cannot see anything other than I can go normal speed or slow speed.  Doing good on those.  You have to be in the top 10 to move on.  I am not.  When I am I will work until done.

    Warmer tomorrow with high winds.  Again.  Tired of wind.  At night it is ok so I can have my porch light on without being attacked.

    Photos today are some older art show photos.  The photo of me with & Indian is from an art show years ago.  The Indian is wood & was created with a chain saw.  Wished I could have bought him.  The newspaper article is me & a friend at an art show ---- many years ago!  Great memory.  The round building was Ling Auditorium that was on our local college campus.  Burned down before I was born.  Painting is mine & was done by a close friend.  The 2 gold carvings are mine also.

                    

Wandering Through Life, 7 September 2021

    Today was a day at home except for my first haircut in 3 months!!!  No color today but that is ok.  It is trimmed up and looks and feels great!  And I missed seeing HP.  Wish we were friends not just in his business.

    Weather was pretty nice.  Cooling off tonight with a low in the 50s.  Sounds good to me.  Only one day.  Then summer again.  Ick.

    I have 2 sparrows who roost under my carport roof.  I noticed last night there was a third one! A friend or one of this years kids?  Cool!

The Plague, Day 163.....

Fairly quiet day. Back pain again. I almost needed a walker last night. Today I am better. Maybe I should give up sleeping?

I had therapy today. It is always good to see KF. I can just talk and not worry about being judged or talked about. I always say too much on FB. I am trying to stop.

I am friends with someone I have never met but did know his name. Yesterday he just felt that he must judge me on something I posted. He said he had thought I was a better person. He said some really unkind things. I did not unfriend him just changed some settings. If he does this again then I will block. A shame that people cannot just scroll on by. I am pretty good with that. I hate confrontations so I am good at ignoring. What I posted was a joke. People like him make me feel like I cannot post anything. Oh well.

They say rain is coming on saturday. Ha. We are in the 2" area. Ha. I have no confidence. I really like my weatherman but not just him but all are wrong too often. You could see the dust blowing in my photos yesterday. So dry.

Quarantine Day 111......Happy 4th of July

A very quiet day. Just not in a good mood. Really depressed. I had an invite to a relatives. My brother and I talked about eating out. Did nothing. I have tons of guilt feelings on top of depression.

My lawn got mowed today. It really was not looking too bad but with the rain that would not last. Looks good again. I owed him for last time and today. He mows for several places and people. A great guy!

Not quite as hot today but still hot. End of next week on one tv channel they said 106 end of next week and higher on the weekend. Wonder how expensive a ticket to Alaska is?
