Today's Name Day: Göta, Göte
Had an ok day. Quiet again. Email from JL, text from MM, text from GM, text from EH.
My really bad window repair must have worked. Part way through the night I got too warm. Removed my weighted blanket & kicked my feet out. Very nice. Made a change or two this afternoon. See what tonight does. Will fold up my blanket to start with. Can always pull it up if I get cold.
My cousin from Denver called & we had a long visit. She is sick like I am. She won't be driving here again either. We are both sad. Damn. And I have a list of things to ask her so will call again soon.
JR & I had supper at Jalisco's. Great to see everyone. MA even changed the tv to soccer for me. Better than what was on or American sports. Matches were from Mexico & England.
Road to Lindsborg was fine. Streets in town are slick. I always worry about parking downtown. But no trouble. Just scared to walk on the ice.
Picked up some groceries also. Have what I need and a couple of new things.
Had a cool photo in my memories today of 4 amigos of mine. MA liked it & so I put it on FB. Lots of likes. And showed the ones who were working & in the photo. Fun.
Mayito, Chava, José, Pepé. Mayito & Pepé are brothers. Chava lives in Mexico again. José is my best friend. Great memory.
Fueled my car also. Best to be safe in the cold weather. Next week we are back in the 40s again. Too warm. Still have running water. Got home & my drive has a circle drive. Too dark to see & I got stuck. I went back & forth man.y times & pretty soon I made it to the house. Either KN has to fix or I part in front of the house. I really did not want to carry groceries in from a distance from the house.
