I belong to an app where you can recolor their graphics or your own.  This is one I did.  Fitting for the times.

Today's Name Day:  Pia

I absolutely do know a Pia!!!  Even have a photo of us!!!  Name is Pia Sundhage.  She is from Sweden.  She is a women's soccer coach who coached our national team in the summer olympics a few years ago.  Not sure what she is up to now.  She was in Lindsborg & got photos of her & I plus her sister & friend.  Super nice lady!!!

    Not a bad day.  Slept late & napped.  Then JR & I had supper at Pizza Hut.  I thought I could eat pizza but it was not good for me.  Oh well.  We had ice cream for dessert.

    I spent all evening watching the Olympics closing ceremoney.  It was wonderful.  But I got nothing done.  No spanish or blog.  So here I am.  I am cutting corners.  Not a clue what photos I am sharing!!!

    Warmer today now really cold again.  Not much else say.  Will share my photos & off to bed.

I have this as a tattoo on my arm.  Just the center part.  It is special & means a lot to me,  JS was buying a car from an Asian man who had the same tatoo.  We shared!!  He asked if I knew what it meant.  I told him of course I do & told him.  He was impressed!!

12/2025 - Miércoles the 31st - MY JOURNEY

 

Today's Name Day:  Sylvester

    Not a bad day.  Had plans but not all worked out.  Cold over night.  Warm today.

    Got up early for a lunch date.  Thank god I texted to double check we were still on.  But no --- his plans changed.  If I had not texted I have a gut feeling I would not have known & went and sat alone.  Saying no more.  My feelings are just hurt.  And no cared.

    I had plans in the afternoon that were good.

    JR & I went out for supper.  Thought I knew where I wanted to go.  Changed my mind.  Then sorry I changed my mind.  Did not eat much.  Nothing tasted good.

    After supper we got ice cream bars for dessert.  That tasted wonderful.  Then finally home. 

    I  hated this year, especially that last 4-5 months. Not felt good since I fell.  And scared of falling again.  Ready for a different &. hopefully better year.

    I did not overdo greetings today.  I sent one greeting this morning & will send another tonight.  Done with holidays.

    Watching CNN for New Years Eve stuff.  Love the hosts.  Anderson Cooper & Andy Cohen.  They are the best!
