I love the old old huge trains.  Hope I get to see one this next year.

Today's Name Day:  Jan, Jannike

Have a Swedish cousin named Janne, know a Jan or two here..  And a Janice or two also.  Janne is special.  Met him & family in Sweden when I was there.

    Had an ok day.  Slept good & no nap today.  I was busy.  Finally some of the photos I could not access earlier this week.  They showed up this afternoon & I took advantage to grab them.  Busy afternoon makes an easier evening.

    Was cold last night but warmer today.  Not too bad.  Andy thing warm makes our weathermen giddy.  Bless them.

    Supper was with JR at Pizza Hut.  They were not too busy but they had dozens of take out orders.  The delivery girl was sure busy!!! 

    Our waiter is a fave.  He has a great personality & jokes & talks to us a lot.  Makes for a fun meal.

    The garlic bread type order sort of bothered my stomach.  But I also ordered brownies were to die for.  No stomach problems at all!!!

    After Pizza Hut was groceries.  I had a long list!!!  Set for a while now.

    Then Jay filled my car with fuel.  Nice weather.  And super cheap price.  Good timing.

    Home now with the cats napping again.  I am watching a tv show I am not interestered in.  Just wanted some noise.  And I enjoy seeing what the actresses are wearing.

    JR said he would help me clear out the back seat of my car.  Tuesday is sort of warm I think a couple hours then Mexican supper.  See if the weather cooperates.

    The men skaters I watched last night were just on the Wichita news.  The third place skater lost both his parents in the huge plane/helicopter crash last year in DC.  So glad for him.  First place guy is beyond awesome!!  Hope I catch them next week in Milan! 

    I got some really bad family news this evening.  Breaks my heart.  But also had some good news.  A good friend's mom had surgery & went home today.  Doing well.  Plus I saw that MM's youngest son was here to see him today.  Wish I could have seen him too but more importnat for Dad & son to play & love.  I will survive.

    Already too many heart photos showing up.  Not my fave.  Maybe if I had a love interest but will never happen.  Everyone else can have hearts.

11/2025 - Martes the 04th - MY JOURNEY

 

Today's Name Day:  Sverker

    Had a busy day.  Up early then off to vote in Falun around 1pm.  It was a waste of my time.  Nothing but school board members.  Clueless.

    Then off to Salina & waiting on the pilot car in road work.  Takes forever. Had an eye doctor appointment.  I dreaded it.  The one machine they check my eyes with sucks.  But. super fast.  Today a brand new machine!!!  Super easy!!!  Wow.  Something going right!!  A miracle.

    I took me out to eat with what might very well be my last meal to eat out.. Before letter from bank.  Been wanting a real breakfast meal.  Got one at IHOP.  It was good.  There is no where in my town to get a real breakfast.  Still craving fried chicken.  A little hard to find also.

    But got home with a letter from my one bank that I knew I need to deposit money in.  They are now threatening to close that account.  Totally my fault.  But now I am sooo stressed & upset.  Deposit more tomorrow.  Tried to nap but too upset.  Cannot go on this way.  Things must change.  I am nearly panicking.  But who cares?  One will.  One won't.  Third won't care either way.  Or about me.

    Watching the national news.  I am not the only one in panic mode.  So sad.  It is a blame game instead of restoring the money to those who need it.  How can people be so heartless??

    Must not have any cattle here yet.  But think they are on they way.  Might just be at KN's house pasture.

    I had 2 pairs of glasses broken to fix.  The one I had on when I fell is truly lost.  They do not sell that brand anymore.  But she had one in the same exact color that was much lighter to wear.  I tend to switch my glasses around to keep my skin from breaking down.  I can already hear my being put down for doing that.  I have only had one pair to wear for a while now.  Due to having psoriasis I now have an awful sore over one ear.  Won't heal.  Now my newly fixed pair of glasses feel really good.  Very light.  Hope it heals.

    Time change has really thrown Cinder for a loop.  Kisse doing better with the increased darkness.

National Vanilla Cupcake Day

Today's Name Day: Martin, Martina

    What a super busy day I had!!  My daily stretching workout comes here at 10am.  I did it before lunch.  Does not take long.  I did it in the bedroom with both cats.  The weird looks they had on their faces as my arms waved & my legs moved around!  And I sat up & leaned around.  They were great to watch!!

    I have had a list of things I NEED & want to do.  Today was the day,  I finished changing all my friend lists on FB.

    The cats had a huge box they like to sit/lay on.  I wanted it gone.  Moving it was not easy.  But with enough effort I managed.  They now have a small table with a blanket on it to lay/sit on.  And they are not happy.  But they are accepting it slowly,

    Got the large box outside & gathered many used boxes to fill it with.  At least I was outside & could sit down.

    Next was supper of pizza.  Then ice cream for dessert.  And finally groceries.  There was no one anywhere tonight.  So quiet.  

    I took JR home & then got fuel.  It is pretty cheap & has been for a week.  I paid $2.69 a gallon.  Hope it lasts.

    I wore a nice gold safety pin on my sweater. that way people know I am safe to talk to or ask for help.  I am not one of the others.  I have read a lot of stuff & much what 45 wants to do is illegal.  Great.

    This week is dreadful.  Too busy. I am cancelling monday to stay home & rest & finish a couple of things on my list.  Tuesday has 2 major things & one I hope to change.  The rest of the week is busy & nothing I can change.

    Rain is a maybe midweek & next weekend,  Time will tell.
