New Lens

My brother and I ate out and then spent the afternoon taking photos. He showed me how to use my new lens and it is awesome! What ever is closest to it looks extra large. It is a wide angel lens. Very cool! So just photos today.

These are taken on Coronado Heights and inside the castle that is built there. One of my favorite places to go to.

These are taken at the Old Mill by the river. I had several relatives who worked there when it was open. It has been fully restored and the run it once a year but do not make flour. Too much of a mess. My grandfather, my father, and an uncle and aunt worked here.

Smoky Hill River. Not very deep with our drought. And it is always murky looking. Used to be a dam but that is gone. You can see what remains of it. Did have a cousin who wanted to rebuild it but, oh, the money. He never did it.

Scenes from my town.
