Snow

Wednesday night we had high winds, rain, freezing rain,  very low temperatures, and snow. We had the most snow in our state, about 4 inches. I cancelled everything on thursday. Too dangerous to be out for things that were not important.

In town today for my Swedish group. Saline County roads were a bit treacherous going to town. McPherson County roads were clear. Both were good coming home today.

Very cold today. Around 12F for a high. Around 2F for a low. With the high winds, our water pipes have frozen. Lovely. No water. It is not fun. The joys of living in the country, at least for me. If we had a real house, it would be better. No chance of that. That ship sailed many years ago.
