I cancelled today. Ear is still sore and last night I had a brief dizzy spell. Luckily only one. No work and no Jalisco's. Sad for me but I am sure they have other things on their minds.
Weather was pretty nice. I was chilly all last night. Had the room heater going during the day. Today was ok. Not much of a breeze. Tomorrow is super warm for december. Most towns in the state are most likely breaking a record for high temps in december. Then cooler weather comes next week. No moisture. Salina has not had rain or snow in 35 days. Not good.
I got 2 Christmas cards today. I really do not want to send out cards but guess I will. Just to those who send to me. Won't be many. Try to keep up every day.
Today is a sad day for me. Three years ago my husband died. I cried a bit during the night at the exact time. I had not thought about it. That starts some awful memories. Most likely our kids started planning right away to take the farm out of my hands. They thought they had all their ducks in a row but I refused to even look at their lawyer's papers. I ended up setting boundaries and apparently I am not allowed to live my life as I see fit. Both quit talking to me. Not that easy but I won't talk about all they did to me. Their loss. I do not need toxic people near me. Daughter had walked out of our family for 23 years earlier.
