Dome of Heat gets Worse

It is a horrible and dangerous heat. I saw 110F in my car today.  I am so sick of this. Same tomorrow. And I am sitting out for a fútbol match. Oh joy. And siy nce it is playoff match, cannot be a tie. Can be very exciting.

Had my Swedish Group --- Svenskavänskaps Gruppen --- this morning. I had little sleep today and almost called in sick. But I forced myself to go. Good idea. Had a full house and good talk. And we learned a little Swedish.

My friend J and I went to lunch at Jalisco's. They have a new worker. I already know him. Good to see him again. J and I sat and talked until 3pm! Very good. Then I made a quick stop in the grocery store for important things like cookies.

I got home so late I never got a nap today. My knee was a bit sore today. Not too bad. Be good tomorrow or sunday. I hope.

I cannot decide if having hand surgery or knee surgery first is a good idea. I suppose what ever my ortho thinks I will go with. I am far from anxiotaous to have knee surgery. I know how much it will hurt. Hurts like hell. In Japan, I think, they have a 3 part procedure with your own stem cells instead of a total replacement. Never here though. The companies who produce the knee parts will never give up their income. Not even for the good of the people. We are a sad country. Ruled by manufacturers.
