Rain Again!

We had a wonderful thunderstorm last night! Towards the end of it all, there was a huge extra bright flash of lightning. Then a delay and the loudest crack of thunder! Nico and I both jumped! Wow!

Had our share of wildlife lately. Night before last when Nico wanted to go out, I opened the front door and turned on the porch light. There was huge raccoon! There was no food there but crumbs but he was cleaning it all up. And no camera nearby.

This morning when I left the house there were 4 deer in our pasture. At least 4 I could see. Two were tiny babies! One dashed by me. Too fast to get a photo. The other 2 were older. The moms? I got a photo of the one larger one. Great to see.

I went to Jalisco's for lunch. Ate alone as my daughter had to work. It was ok. Gave the wait staff trouble! I even treated myself to some ice cream. I rarely do that.

Took a nap after I got home and Nico stayed outside. Great weather today.
