Today was pretty quiet starting out. I got up & did my makeup first thing. I had time to sit before eating. I noticed that the living room was cool. No heat coming out of the vent. Called my repair company. They could come out this afternoon but no time given. I had to wait until they called to say someone was on the way. There went work again. I feel so guilty when I cannot make it there. Plus I love my work there.
Sort of midafternoon 2 young men came out. I had no confidence in them. I guess too young. I think they were borderline clueless. Took them both to look & check. They had it on & off. Then they went outside. They called the guy that was last here. No surprise. Then back in. They finally turned it on & let it run. Then they turned it off again. One guy explained stuff to me. I am clueless & don't care. Just fix it. Then they turned it back on. They decided not to change out any parts when they are not sure what the problem is. Good decision. Then they left & said to call if it happens again. Oh, it will I am sure. I am also sure it will happen several times & then I will need a new unit. I can hardly wait.
I did make it to supper at Jalisco's with JR. It was on hold for quite a while. But they repairmen were gone in time. It was super quiet in there. No idea why. I even tried something new to eat. I usually get a burrito but tonite I added a chili con queso. Very good.
Radar shows the rain is near here. Followed by snow/ice. We could get 3" of snow. Maybe. Then we get warmer again but more wet weather comes later.
When I drove to town there was a huge bank of clouds over the sun. Cool looking. I was driving so got no photos.
Today's photos are snowy. Love the bison.
