Had a good, quiet day. Slept really good. Barely moved. Nice. Cinder was there sometimes. Kisse is always nearby.
Lunch was the best!!! Burrito from Jalisco's & half a small flan from there also. Perfect. Good plan. Must do it more often.
Took a short nap. Then woke up to a house too warm. The sun is really low in the south sky so it shines in all my south windows. And the house gets far too warm. Turned off my heat & my "fireplace" (just a room heater). Then ran my AC for a few minutes. Feels much better.
Sat outside for a while. Nice. Warmish. Opened mail & sorted boxes. Took one trash bag outside. One trash bin is almost empty. Will survive until next week. Whew! And now that my boxes all sorted they have put in winds before next trash pickup. Great. Cannot move boxes to the trash when it is windy.
Watching Hollywood Squares. It is sort of ok but the original one was so much better. We don't have stars like the old ones. Drew Carey is close but the rest are trying way too hard. They all think yelling & waving their arms will get it. Nope. Glad it is over now.
Only human contact today was my UPS man. Nice guy. He said if he gets stuck somewhere he gets fired. Wow!!! I am surrounded by people who would pull him out. No wonder all the UPS drivers refused to drive in my driveway, Nice.
I am in a little better mood today & feeling less hurt. One friend just knew the right words to say. And she has been where I am too. Sad to say that 8 people I thought were kind of friends but now I know none of them are. Only one from that group is truly my friend.
Warmish today & tomorrow. Super cold starts on saturday. All chances of snow are just in western Kansas. We just get cold & wind.
