Wandering, 25 march 2022

    Had an OK day.  Slept good.  Weather was cool at night and so-so during the day.  About the same tomorrow.  Hot on sunday and me with no AC.  Great!

    My fútbol (soccer) match last night was fun to watch.  It ended a tie.  It was a FIFA match.  By tying it keeps both teams in the running for the world cup.  I watched part of a novella (soap opera) before the match.  After it and the match, I am confident I have about 5 spanish words down pat.  I am so good.  Not.

    The man who sang the Mexican national anthem was someone I had never heard of.  Manuel Mejares.  I googled him.  And listened to him on YouTube.  Very nice songs.  Soft and romantic.  Will listen to more of him.  Be the only romance I have in my life.

    JR and I went to Jalisco's for supper.  Mildly busy.  Lots of food going out the front door for those watching basketball tonight.  No interest for me.  I really do not cares who wins but I know who I want to lose.

    I saw a coyote on the way to town.  I always feel sorry for them.  We hunted rabbits to near extinction and that was their food.  Now they have little to eat.  And we go out of way to torture them when we kill them.  Takes a cruel person to do that.  Makes me sad.

    On the way home from town I saw a car speeding towards Coronado Heights.  It had red/blue flashing lights.  No idea if they turned there or went past to whatever.  Hope all are OK.

    Fun to watch the cattle in the nice weather.  The one pasture is so large they are not near me often.  Or often enough.
