National Get Over It Day

(I am working on this.  Times I percieved an incident as being traumatizing. Was it my fault???)

Today's Name Day: Torbjörn, Torleif

Had a good day!  Thanks to an anxiety pill I slept good  And my heating pad must help by using it while awake.  Walking a bit better.

Supper was at Jalisco's.  It was so good to be back there.  I tried Pollo Loco.  I liked it.  Not too filling.  Will order again.  The boss was on a day off & the staff was so fun!!!  Ornery!!!  Even with little English spoken we still manage to have fun!!!  A fun meal.

Then JR & had dessert at Indigo Moo'd.  I got Cookie Dough ice cream.  JR got Shamrock that had Thin Mints in it.  Very tasty.  I even took a pint home.  My vanilla is almost gone.

Both places were quite busy tonight.  Good to see people out & about.  Warmer tomorrow.  Cinder is not happy now.  Laptop on my lap as I am running soooo late.  But she is curled next to me.

A friend from Minnesota sent me a surprise gift of Peeps.  I do not thinks he cares for them but I mentioned I loved them.  A fun gift!! And a special guy!!!

It was sunny today so the lights on my pet's graves were lit up tonight.  Not very bright but still cool.

I saw a photo posted by my family of a family event that I was not included.  Being excluded does hurt.  Should be used to it by now.  But yesterday a different family member wrote to me to say the nicest things.  Very special.  I am getting used to the nice things this person says to me.  Very nice.

Photos are a mix..  I will explain several.

Cinder & Nico.  Sort of like "two ships passing in the night"  💔💖

This photo I took years ago at Midsommarsdag.  The couple was no where near the large white post.  But it looks like his foot is on it,  Good timing on my part.  He is a cousin of mine from a family I was once very close to,  There were 4 of us cousins who were just inseparable, but one of us moved back home to a city near Kansas City.  And he & I were never spoken to again.  Go figure!!

The same Midsommarsdag.  The guy looking my way is the same cousin.  I worked hard to get this photo.  He was one of the best Swedish dancers we had,  This is the photo I wanted,  No idea how many I took, but I got it.  Did not use the "burst" mode either.

These last two photos were taken at the Old Mill Museum's old town.

This explains me & summer.  I dread the heat, humidity, & bugs more every year.  I avoid doing activities outside.  And I can guarantee there is next to no one who cares what people like me feel.  Ever.

When I stayed on Marstrand Sweden for a couple of weeks, this was where we often at lunch.  They had great pizza.  I was with an artist.  He chose this table next to a window so he could watch his art that was for sale.  Just in case someone was interested & he could run over to them

My visit there sort of ruined our friendship.  I no longer even try to contact him or anything.  He occasionally posts a photo or two & I will like them but never comment.  Makes me sad.

My favorite house on Marstrand.  I walked by it often.  It is officially my dream house.  Hopefully in my next life.
