Swedish Group Friday

Nice day. Started with my Swedish Group. Had a program about essential oils. I found it interesting. Of course, I use oils so I would love it! I hope all the others learned something and maybe will give them a try.

Lunch at Jalisco's with my friend J. Good food and fun to see my friends who work there.

I had very little sleep last night. So frustrating to lay awake for hours and toss and turn. So I took a nap this afternoon. I am tired of that also.

I have acquired 5 rocks I am going to paint on. Probably tomorrow. Photos then.

Still in a dry weather holding pattern. No rain in sight. Keep hoping they are wrong. But no horrible heat either. If I could sleep, it is good sleeping weather.
