Such Hot Weather

It is so hard to be motivated. It is so hot and humid. Miserable. It is over 100F daily. Friday is to be 108F. Wonderful!! NOT. Next week is a bit better.

Poor Nico. He wants to be outside so much but too hot. He goes out in the morning for a while and maybe early evening. But not for long. Poor baby.

I have kept busy this week. Lunching with friends and family. Those times keep me sane. Without my friends and some family, I would go crazy.

Called my ortho doc and can get a shot in my knee tomorrow. I know it was shoot my blood sugar through the roof but cannot be helped. Pain relief will be great!

At lunch with a friend I found out what is wrong with my hands. How simple. Good to have it figured out. That will be another visit to my ortho doc. And more surgery. Great.
