Finally Friday

There was no Swedish group today. Instead we had a joint dinner with a Scandinavian group. We had about 5 types of soups, plus other foods. I ate way too much. All good.  We had a good turnout. Our program was 4 wonderful people talking about WWII. Very interesting!

My friend J and I then went to the White Peacock for tea and conversation. I think we talked for about 2 hours. Nice relaxing time.

After that I made a quick stop at Jalisco's. Had a nice visit with 2 good friends who work there.

With the changing weather I really have some achy joints. My shoulder is the worst. Nothing seems to help it. Slathered on lots of pain killing ointment. And am sipping on some Pepsi and tequila.

I tried to explain to some family members what I have and how I feel. They ignored me and what I sent. I deleted. I will not try again. I sent a text about a death of a friend and got no answer. I saw she read it but not one word. No more texts. Someone else can tell them what they might need to know. I am sure glad I have wonderful friends I can enjoy life. Most family sucks. So sad.

Rain is getting near. About 25 miles away from my farm.
