Today's Name Day: Iris
Years ago I worked with a lady named Iris. Only Iris I have known.
Another quiet & alone day. Had one email & one text. Feeling ok.
Weather was cooler today. High was around 55F. And some wind. The rain they were forecasting continues to move further away from here. Settling in Oklahoma more than Kansas. The weather guys are just joyful for more 70s. Too early for warm weather. And now they are announcing how many days until spring gets here. Missing my winter but no one cares. Just me.
Temperatures tonight will be below freezing so I will leave some water dripping. Do not want even one day without water.
I sat outside briefly. A bit chilly. No birds or cattle or deer. Quiet outside. Did not stay out long.
KN was supposed to move boxes out of my yard today. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe too busy today.
My great niece is selling donuts for their high school soft ball team. I put my order in today. I think I got donuts last year also.
