We ate at Bob & Luigi's first. I had not checked their website and they had a band playing. They were awesome and I loved listening to them. But it took forever to get our food. We missed the beginning of the match. Then I got lost trying to find the new stadium. But all was well. We won 5-0. Good way to start the season!
I got home and heard my kitten crying. We found 2 but one died. Today I started feeding it with an eye dropper. This afternoon he curled up on me and we took a 2 hour nap together. Sweet.
Ate today with my brother at Jalisco's. Good food, good conversation, fun waitstaff.
This evening went to a birthday party in the park in town. It was fun. Good to visit with friends and a couple I do not get to see often!
After I left I saw a friend's poppies have started blooming. Photo of the first one! Then I saw the turkey vultures on our water tower. The city has tried in vain to chase them away. Glad the city failed. I like them
Got to town this morning and there was a business that is next door to a local church that was mowing their lawn and more. That is so rude. Whether you believe how any church believes, it is always good to be respectful. It made me sad.
Summer is here. I hate hot temperatures and humidity. But no way to stop it. Just have to find a way to survive. Hard when our AC is not working up to par. I have offered to call the repairman but I am not allowed. Quite frustrating.
