We are in a heat warning today. Our temperature on my farm is 94F but it feels like 101F or higher. And quite humid. Late morning the humidity was 60%. I hate this.

I am feeling some better. Could not eat all my lunch which is ok. I am tired of being tired. Extreme fatigue is no fun. I am done before I start. 

When I left for town I saw a bumble bee on a thistle and 3 turkeys in the field. Fun to see.

Had my Swedish group today. We celebrated one of our youngest member's birthday. He turns 13 today! He grandmother made the cake for him. It was a Swedish tårta. Or layer cake. And it was as delicious as it looked!!

One member also shared a box made from birch that was his grandfather's lunch box. He lived in Sweden. There was also a carving in it and a bird whistle. Very cool.

I had lunch with a good friend at Jalisco's. Good conversation. And while there I helped out another good friend so he can help his brother-in-law. It is nice to be needed and able to help others.

I put Nico out early this morning while it was cool. Sort of cool. When I got home we both took a nap. He had a treat and then curled up next to me. Now we are up and he is still curled up next to me. I think the heat has gotten to him. The house is far from cool. And the A/C has run forever.
