The Plague, Day 153.....

Sort of a quiet day. But I did work on my road trip photos and got them posted. I had some on my "real" camera and my iPhone.

We got no rain last night. Not a drop anywhere near us. Tonight chance of severe storms and hail. Believe when I see it.

Laying on the sofa for a nap, I noticed something. Looking only with my surgical eye what I see is clear and crisp. Looking through my "old" eye, everything has a sort of yellow brown tint. Hmmm. Guess you never notice when it comes on slowly.

Nico is back to ruling the world here. He tries to not let Kisse near me but he got scolded. She is braver now for some reason. That is good. He also likes to control what we do and when on HIS schedule. And Nico never gets far from me. He was snuggled close to me on the sofa. I moved over a ways. And so did he. Always touching me. He still has another week of  "summer camp" to look forward to.

I had some weirdo make almost 10 comments on my blog. They were all identical. And more than one on some posts. I got them all cleaned up. Have to find out how to block them if it happens again.

I was outside with Nico this afternoon and I heard sirens coming from interstate. At least 2 sirens. Then a bit later another one. It sounded like they stopped not far from here. Who knows? But our neighbors have a repair and welding business and JS is working there. I texted him to make sure he was ok. Thank God he answered right way. Still heard nothing.
