Always be kind. Wear a mask if needed. Avoid toxic people and situations.
Still sick. No fever but lots of sneezing and coughing. Slept good and most of the day. Thanks to my anti anxiety meds. Will skip it tonight.
I called my brother to chat. Nice to hear his voice. Talked to no one else.
