What a great weather day. And the forecast shows little over 90F. Rain, of course, is absent at least for us here. A friend who farms across the road from us was in his wheat field working the ground. It looked more like a sandstorm in the Sahara. Very sad.
I slept well with little pain. Takes lots of pain cream though but it is worth it. But today I have one finger that has ached all day. And still is hurting. It looks normal but hurts. Odd.
There was an article on FB of the 40 worst things you can eat. That was 40 pages telling you that if it tastes good it is bad. What is left is grass in my yard. Great. Moderation is better & to have a happy, enjoyable life.
Had a hair app't today. I am liking getting my hair done weekly. I look lots better. And I feel better. And he always gives me a hug.
Took a short nap when I got home. Like to cuddle with Nico. Since then he has driven me borderline crazy. He constantly wants something. I have yet to know what. He has had plenty to eat & been outside 4 times. Who knows.
JS video chatted with me last night. We had a long chat. Does not happen often enough. But he is busy & has a life that does not include me all the time. As it should be.
I have struggled with something the last 2 weeks. And found I was talking to a wall or fence post. Yesterday I decided I was done. I feel so much better. When you thought you had a close friend but then realise you never really did. I am worth more than I was getting. Sometimes alone is best. No one can hurt you then.
