Good day today. I slept fair. Nico made it a challenge. Cinder even slept next to me. Nice.
I had to get up early for an 11:15am app't with my chiropractor. I was scared how my knee would feel after the slight injury this week. It was ok. Sort of a general ache & the usual trigger points. My back does not hurt anymore. But the sciatica remains. It is awful. Not constant but often.
Lunch was at Wendy's & then fuel that was cheaper than last week. Nice.
At home we all took a nap. I had left Cinder out & she came running from our tornado shelter. The door has blown open. Good place for her!
Supper was at Jalisco's. It was slow there but steady. Good to see everyone. Not been there in a week. Lots of take out orders though.
My new medicine sure works. Only ate half my lunch & half supper. I don't feel queasy, I just feel full & uninterested in food. Given up dessert. Nice.
When I got home JS started texting me about where they were eating supper tonight. Food looks good. Fun to be in touch.
On the way home I saw an owl sitting on an electrical wire. I never see or hear owls. Very cool.
When I home I was greeted by a possum on my porch. We saw each other. I said hello, he gave me a hiss. Sure it was a loving one. Then he left. Nico came out & was never the wiser.
