Had an OK day except for some severe hip pain. I just cancelled my plans. No fun. Nothing important that I cancelled. I slept ok because I took an anxiety pill. Helps a lot.
After my nap I sat out with the kids for well over an hour. It is fun to watch them interact with each other.
Temps today were 80s outside with a sort of strong wind & very low humidity. Inside got to almost 80 so the AC came on then. Nice here now. Living in Kansas would be ok with no humidity. How nice it is & so rare.
