Barn Day
Good night & day. Nico got over his being so wound up. Maybe it was the weather. He started getting into things just now. Baby gate in control. He is sleeping on the sofa now.
A day in the 80s & no rain near here. Rain somewhere tomorrow. I am sure it will miss us here.
My nephew was over to mow my yard. My nephew drives his tractor over for the large areas. His son drives the little mower over. Sad to see all my bind weed gone!!! 😄
I sent a message to LA, my new friend, to meet Jay & I at Pizza Hut. But her internet died before she could answer. MA called me & he sent her over.
What a fun meal! My spanish is so awful. Not as bad as her English though. But with a translator app, we had fun. Looked at photos/videos of people she knows here. And we laughed!! I needed an evening like this. She will meet us on most sundays I hope. We can learn from each other. And laugh & enjoy our company.
No ice cream or SnoCone tonight. I needed to be home. Sat out with the fur kids for a while. Nice out. Wish there was more of a breeze out there.
