14 july, 2023 Wandering & Capturing Moments

Bastille Day

The French National Day is the anniversary of the Storming of the Bastille on 14 July 1789, a major event of the French Revolution, as well as the Fête de la Fédération that celebrated the unity of the French people on 14 July 1790. Celebrations are held throughout France. One that has been reported as "the oldest and largest military parade in Europe" is held on 14 July on the Champs-Élysées in Paris in front of the President of the Republic, along with other French officials and foreign guests.

Had an ok night.  Slept ok.  Nico slept also.  Cinder was outside.  In now but thinking of going out.
Had my day planned but someone else's plans changed & so did mine.  No biggie.  Sort of have plans tomorrow but may just stay home.  Not in a people mood.  See how I feel.
Had storm warning for late afternoon but got here around 1-2pm.  I slept through it all.  Nice nap.  The house was dark.  Needed that.
Only one text today about our plans.  That is it.  I would be shocked to hear from others.  I try to ignore all the photos of others having fun, friends, & family.  Sometimes I do not care.  Other times it makes me cry.
Nothing else to say.  Quiet day.  Photos are ones I have edited.  Nothing special.
