NATIONAL STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM DAY

    I had a good day.  A good friend called last night & needed a ride to a doctor's appointment.  Of course I said yes.  Told him to call me anytime.  But with our weather I worried a bit.  Took an anxiety pill & slept good,  Maybe I should do that every night.

    Cinder is still begging to go outside.  Maybe wednesday.  She pretty much follows me wherever I go!  And at night she really snuggles nice.  She is a joy.  If I walk to the bathroom she follows unless the cats are hiding during nap time.  I was up at 7am today so I needed a nap..  She snuggled all afternoon.

     I had checked the weather for my friend & I.  Snow was to start after lunch.  They were wrong.  Friend AA had a short dr appointment & then stopped at the grocery store.  He barely got inside & the snow started.  And it sure snowed.  Drove home slowly.  I think my  farm got at least 2 inches.  It was a little hard to see to drive, but I was not scared.  Just went slow!  Made for a good nap day.

    I stayed home tonight.  Tired plus the wind had come up & snow was blowing across the road.  And starting to drift.  And it would be dark to drive.

    I took home a  sandwich & a muffin for lunch.  Excellent.  Needed a treat.  Been home a lot of days.

    I took photos in Salina & home.  Big flakes!  I have not tried videos on here so I just did photos.  Nothing fancy but they are mine.

    Forecast tonight are some very low temps.  Warmer by wednesday.  Cinder might get to outside. She is laying next to me here on the sofa.  I keep apologizing to her.  Not sure she believes me.
