National Children's Day
Today's Name Day: Birger, Börje
Another quiet day. Not up to going out anywhere today. Little sleep & depressed. Just stayed home. Maybe go somewhere tomorrow.
We had some great weather last night. Towns in western Kansas had huge hail & strong winds. Hail size of softballs & winds up to 100 mph. But here we just had rain most of the night. It would sort of leave & then build up again. Some light winds here but stronger in Lindsborg. Saw photos of a huge tree down. I think they had more rain than I did. Someone reported 5 inches by the nursing home. I just emptied my rain gauge. It had 2 inches in it but just under an inch of it was from another rain. Still nice. Temp is cooler today, but the dome of heat is on the way here,, Usch. In the 90s by wednesday & thursday.
Texting from MM. Will try to call JS but no answer.
Cinder in all day. finally went out now. She slept with me during part of my nap. Cuddles are always nice.
Heard machinery in my yard but not sure why, The branch in my drive is gone so must have been my nephew.
Photos are mostly from Lindsborg & taken by me. The first 5 photos are from town. Last ones I just liked.
