Season collage of my family
Today's Name Day: Leopold
Had my usual day off with no work. Just hanging out alone. Get tired of seeing others have groups & fun. I have no support group of family or friends. Just me. Oh well.
Slept good & no blood sugar troubles. For a change.
Ordered another blood sugar kit since the one I have has no way to order more supplies. It came today. Who knows if I will get another sensor. Tuesday will tell. I trust no one anymore. I believe no one anymore.
Had an email from JL. MM sent me one text. He looked to have a good weekend but says he was just working. Whatever.
Had a text from CW asking how I am. Have his days settled so I can go eat & see him. I miss him. Wish we were closer.
I had a nice nap. Too short. But no problem. Had a large box of mail to deal with ---- cat food mostly.
Warm today. Too warm. But made for a cozy nap. Cooler tomorrow or monday. I cannot remember. The weather man still mentions a tiny chance of snow or rain around Thanksgiving. I don't care. I was hoping for meeting for a meal but I doubt. I asked & got no answer or interest. Maybe I should push for an answer but hate to force anyone.
I sat outside for a while. And there was a mid size deer crossing my drive way on his way home after visiting my pond. Cool. See deer often doing that.
The other day I had gotten mail & turned to go back home & a very large bird with extra long legs fly over my driveway. I read the whooping cranes have been seen at a game preserve west of here. I am sure what I saw. Probably needed a drink. Very cool.. They are headed to Texas I think for the winter.
