Today's Name Day: Sigbritt, Sigurd
Not the best day. Could not sleep last night. I was chilly then had a hot flash. Then cold again. Sleep came late. Frustrating.
I planned to eat supper out tonight but cancelled. Upset tummy. Always a problem for me. I have Mylanta. Should take it more often. Took one after my nap & feel a bit better.
Woke up this morning & went outside. Took more photos. Had at least 2" of snow here. Maybe a bit more. Deep on my evergreen trees. Now at 5pm snow is gone on the south side of the house. Still white on the north side of my house. Depends on where the sun shines.
My house stayed chilly. Have my room heater is on but still chilly. It warmed up briefly but then dropped again. I have my wearable blanket jacket on. Keeps me cozy. Plus Cinder has stayed near me all day.
Had a long chat with JS last night. Nice to hear from him. He is the only one who made sure I had a birthday celebration, but he forgot me this year. Probably last year too. This year it upset me. All the holidays upset me this year. No idea why. Same as usual. No family, no friend support group, no cake, no gift, just me & JR.
Have the news on. Should turn it off. Hate it all. What a horrible place we live in. Things need to change & soon.
Photos are snow today. I have cat photos saved but I cannot pull them up. Will work on that for tomorrow.
