My father was a tail gunner in WWII. This photos shows on of 2 remaining planes & where he sat when they flew. Seen her several times. They started her up & took off. I took photos but I was crying the entire time, She hearing her engine,
Swedish tree. My grandfather made these. This is not one of his.
My mother-in-law was born on the day our house burned down. Many years before our fire She was a swedish lady fron Stanford Texas, a Swedish town. She favored Willie's sister's kids & ignored ours. And his parents left us out of many family events. Was it me?? Like now??
My dad's stepmother was Lillian. Sweet lady but they lived in Denver. Loved Dad's dad. He was awesome but lived too far away, He had the best laugh. I can still hear it.
Today was sort of ok. Just extra tired I had somewhere I wanted to go to but just too tired. I need to eat better.
It was hot again today. I saw 101+. Humid early. No breeze. 97F now.
Had mostly no messages. Waited for 2 days to hear from JS but he is always too busy. But he gets upset if I am too busy & don't write. I saw a few photos.
MM is still out of town & apparently the wedding is today. He looks really handsome. But only photos posted.
Home alone all day like all my days. Eating out tomorrow & MM is working so I will see him. The cats have stayed close, even if I cannot see them. Kisse goes under my bed. Or top of my desk. Not sure where Cinder is but she knows everything I do.
Found a new artist to follow. Love her work. I am mostly using her work today. She is on Threads.
On the local weather I saw a graphic that gives me some hope for the 100s ending, I sure hope they are correct.
Watching 60 Minutes. Told about a huge mansion that a large black family bought so they could join together for holidays etc.. But they found out their ancestors had lived there & some were buried there. Found tons of graves. The former owners had many slaves. Very interesting, Great show. Think the new shows start in the next week.. And SNL starts about the same time. Finally.
She does lots of photos of 2 women eating out, shopping, etc or a couple. I refuse to post any of those.. None of thos apply to my life, I can only dream
