    A quiet day for me.  Home alone and no calls or texts.  I miss being part of a group of friends but it is what life now for me.

    Warm today.  With a breeze.  The pond is still frozen.  Nice to see the prairie grasses blowing in the breeze.  And nice it is not gale force winds!  The bulls seem to be near the house often.  They have water here.  There is a pond but it never stays full for long.  Never has.

    Pain from my fall is worse today.  Mostly in my left knee and my back.  I have had back pain for as long as I can remember.  I used to go to a chiropractor.  He usually helped but the last time I went it only got worse.  I went to an acupuncturist for a long time but with Covid I quit going to her.  She was in another town and safer to stay home.  Just not tried to go back.

    Laid down for my usual nap but there was no way to get comfy on the sofa.  Went to my bed.  Kisse takes her afternoon nap in the bedroom.  She looked at me weird.  But I was more comfortable there.

    Not a very interesting post.  But it is all I have for today.  Photos are a mix of edited photos and a some winter ones from the past.
